Whistleblower system

The Grundfos Code of Conduct applies to all Grundfos employees, in all countries and in all positions. It applies whether a person is a part of Group Management, a General Manager, holds a managerial position or is at any other level. It applies whether a person is a white-collar employee or a blue-collar employee.

Grundfos has implemented the whistleblower system to give employees, board members and third parties cooperating with Grundfos (such as suppliers, advisers, consultants, business partners etc.) the means to report suspected criminal acts or non-compliance with the Grundfos Code of Conduct if they feel uncomfortable using the normal channels. The reporting can be done in any language.

The system should not be used for unfounded allegations. A report must be based on valid information and must be made in good faith.

We encourage you to provide your name in the report. Regardless of whether you do so or choose to be anonymous, please, open a secure post box. This makes it safer and easier for us to communicate with you regarding your report.

All reports are treated with the strictest confidentiality.

Open a post box
You can report suspected criminal acts, non-compliance with the Grundfos Code of Conduct or any other serious matters that might have an effect on the company as a whole and/or represent a high risk for a person’s life or health.

Please do not use the system to report on:
  • Bullying
  • Collegial difficulties
  • Incompetence
  • Absence
  • Violation of internal guidelines, e.g. dress code, smoking/alcohol, use of e-mail/internet etc.
These matters should be handled through the normal channels.

If you are in doubt whether a matter is serious, we encourage you to report the matter.
To ensure your anonymity, you must do the following:
  • If possible, do not report from a PC provided by your employer.
  • Do not use a PC that is connected to the company’s network/intranet.
  • Access the whistleblower system directly by copying or writing the URL address in an internet browser rather than by clicking on a link.
  • Do not write your own personal details.
When you send the report, you have the option to choose whether you remain available for further inquiries by opening a secure post box.

We recommend that you make yourself available because we may not be able to finalise the case without further information from you.

When you create a post box, you will be given a case number, and you will choose a password. You will use the case number and password to log in to the post box in order to see if you have received any questions.

Regardless of whether or not you remain anonymous or you write your name, we ask you to open a post box. This makes it safer and easier for us to communicate.

All communication with us is anonymous if you wish it to be.
